My reputation. Where are all the Russian stores on Etsy?

After a negative customer review, I feel like I should do something to restore the store's reputation.


First of all, it is necessary to prove that my store did not appear suddenly. It was hard work for 10 years. Since August 2012 yeas.
There were difficulties with delivery, because I can only use the Russian Post.
Alternative services are 2-3 times more expensive, without compensation in case of loss, and during force majeure, all delivery services work the same.
Holiday periods are reflected in all mail worldwide.
Russian Post is a reliable delivery service, but not fast in the direction of the USA.
In 10 years, I had only 1 loss, in the spring of 2021, when the Russian Post used Ethiopia as a courier.

It's extremely rare for me to encounter unfriendliness on Etsy. People who didn't want to buy from Russia simply didn't buy. Nobody harmed intentionally.

Now I need to prove that my store really existed!   💡
It's not easy, because it can only be found through a direct link!   🕯

Etsy has included Russia in the list of "forbidden territories": Iran, Crimea, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Donetsk People's Republic ("DPR"), Luhansk People's Republic ("LPR"). These countries do not have a list of possible delivery options. https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/politika-sankcij/122383404929



Any Russian store on Pinkoi or Inspire Uplift has its frozen clone on Etsy.
To find it, simply open any store on Etsy and replace the name of the store in the address bar.

I am very sad, everyone is very sad that the reviews are hidden. When the seller himself closes the store voluntarily, his reviews remain open.

I don't want to lose my reputation over a sly client. Having received her goods, she figuratively spat in my face, broke the shop window.
I do not deserve this. I did my best to make the client happy.  😶😔

The goods were shipped on August 31, 2022. I reported the tracking code and the site where you can track the package.
On September 8, the parcel arrived in the client's country. On the same day I received a message asking where the package is?
I reported the tracking and the tracking site for the second time. After September 8, the parcel could be observed on the client's mail site.

I calmed down on this. The client must to control the situation herself.

But on September 18, I received a second yelling letter from a client "where is the package?". 
I checked the tracking, it turned out that since September 15 the parcel has been at the post office in the client's city. 
It is likely that the postman brought it in the absence of a client at home. This is an international registered item, therefore it must be handed over personally to the hands of the recipient. You can't just pick up and leave the package at the door! The parcel has tracking, this is a guarantee of delivery.

It could have been expected that on September 19 or 20 the client would receive the package, but this did not happen. A few days passed and I began to worry. After all, the shelf life of the parcel in most countries is 2 weeks. If you do not receive the parcel within 2 weeks, it will go back! I wrote to the client about it. I warned the client that September 28 is the last day to receive the parcel. 

The client took the parcel on September 27th. And complained about the slow delivery. Although the parcel had been waiting for her at the post office since September 15th.

Even if we assume that the Pinkoi website shows Moscow time (time in Russia), and the time in the client's country is 5 hours more, that is, it was 16:12:42 and 16:13:05, still this situation is too suspicious.

She received the item at 16:08 pm, then opened the package and left feedback at 16:12 pm and 16:13 pm ????  
Isn't it a suspicious rush? So eager to throw a stone at me?

If the product does not match the photo, then the client must provide photo evidence, take a picture of the product.


In short, this is a story of vile deceit.

I hate to complain, but I had to do something to rehabilitate my reputation. .🤔😌
