Alternative services are 2-3 times more expensive, without compensation in case of loss, and during force majeure, all delivery services work the same.
Holiday periods are reflected in all mail worldwide.
Russian Post is a reliable delivery service, but not fast in the direction of the USA.
In 10 years, I had only 1 loss, in the spring of 2021, when the Russian Post used Ethiopia as a courier.
It's extremely rare for me to encounter unfriendliness on Etsy. People who didn't want to buy from Russia simply didn't buy. Nobody harmed intentionally.

I calmed down on this. The client must to control the situation herself.
But on September 18, I received a second yelling letter from a client "where is the package?".
It could have been expected that on September 19 or 20 the client would receive the package, but this did not happen. A few days passed and I began to worry. After all, the shelf life of the parcel in most countries is 2 weeks. If you do not receive the parcel within 2 weeks, it will go back! I wrote to the client about it. I warned the client that September 28 is the last day to receive the parcel.

If the product does not match the photo, then the client must provide photo evidence, take a picture of the product.
